We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Captain to lead our service team and ensure excellent guest experience in our restaurant.

Position Details

Position : Captain - Restaurant Department : Food & Beverage Service

Job Type : Full Time Location : The Roy Fine Dine Restaurant, Trichy Reporting To : Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager

Salary & Perks

Salary :₹25000 - ₹.35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred) :

- Minimum 4 - 6 years experience in restaurant service

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise restaurant service staff (waiters / stewards)

- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams :

- Welcome and assist guests professionally

- Take and monitor customer orders accurately

- Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction :

- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues

- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and service standards

- Train and guide junior service staff





- Ensure discipline and proper grooming of service team
