Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu selection.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure guests receive courteous, professional, and personalized service throughout their visit.
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints politely, escalating issues to the manager when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, service stations, and café premises.
- Set up and clear tables before and after guest service.
- Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations when assigned.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor stock levels of service items and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
- Support café operations during peak hours, special events, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary)
; Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and courteous attitude.
- Basic knowledge of billing is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
