Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location : Sakinaka, Mumbai Industry : Yarn & Raw Cotton, Agro Exports Experience : Minimum 7 Years Qualification : CA / CA Inter / M.Com Salary : Negotiable Working Days : 6 Days a Week Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting, finance, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Handle export finance, banking operations, forex transactions, and bank limits.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax returns.
- Manage cash flow, fund flow, treasury, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee export documentation, DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, and GST refunds.
- Monitor debtors, creditors, ledger scrutiny, and financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and management reports.
- Coordinate with banks,



auditors, government authorities, and consultants.
- Ensure ROC compliance and support annual audits.
- Handle financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Requirements :

- Experience in Export Industry (Textile/Agro preferred).
- Robust knowledge of Tally, Banking, Export Finance, GST, TDS, and Forex Operations.
- Good understanding of DGFT, Customs, and Export Incentive Schemes.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and compliance management skills.
