Job Title: Program Operations Coordinator

Location : Poonamallee,Chennai Experience : 0-3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply) Employment Type : Full-Time

Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Webinar Support & Execution :

- Understand and communicate key points shared by the CEO during webinars to customers effectively

- Assist in smooth execution of live webinars and virtual sessions

- Customer Support :

- Handle chat support to resolve customer queries promptly

- Manage customer service calls and provide accurate solutions

- Technical Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve webinar-related technical issues :

- Assist customers with app-related technical problems :

- App Promotion :

- Support initiatives to promote app usage and engagement among customers

- Data & Reporting :

- Maintain proper documentation and reports of customer interactions and webinar insights





- Derive actionable insights and create action plans based on data collected from webinars

- Coordination & Collaboration :

- Coordinate with managers and CEO for updates, feedback, and execution plans

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and support cross-functional activities

- CRM & Process Management :

- Use CRM tools (or be willing to learn) to track customer interactions and workflows

Required Skills :

- Solid communication skills (verbal & written)

- Basic technical troubleshooting ability :

- Good problem-solving mindset :

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously :

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools :

- Willingness to learn CRM tools :

- High level of responsibility and ownership

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
