We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bodyshop & Paint Manager to oversee denting, painting, and overall bodyshop operations , ensuring high-quality repairs, effective workflow, and business growth .

The role involves managing teams, handling insurance processes, and driving service quality, productivity, revenue, and profitability .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete bodyshop & paint operations (denting, painting, polishing)

- Ensure high-quality repair and paint finish as per OEM standards

- Control and improve turnaround time (TAT) and workflow efficiency

- Lead and manage technicians, painters, and support staff :

- Monitor paint booth operations, material usage, and quality output :

- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for approvals and claims

- Review and approve repair estimates and paint jobs :

- Maintain control over paint, consumables, and inventory costs :

- Implement quality control checks to reduce rework





- Ensure strict safety compliance (paint booth, chemicals, PPE)

- Handle customer complaints and escalations :

- Drive productivity, efficiency, revenue, and profitability :

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth

Requirements :

- Experience : 4-8+ years in automobile bodyshop/paint department

- Strong knowledge of denting, painting, color matching, and paint booth operations :

- Experience in handling insurance claims and estimation :

- Good team management and leadership skills :

- Focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control .

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
