Build India's first kids activity marketplace - from the ground up. You'll spend more time inside trampoline parks, bowling alleys, and adventure zones than at a desk.

ActivityKidz is the platform that helps parents discover and book kids' activities and we're expanding city by city. We're looking for someone to be our face on the ground in Pune : walking into venues, pitching owners, closing deals, and helping them grow once they're onboard.

You'll report directly to the Founder - IIM Calcutta alum , ~15 years across consulting and consumer-tech - and learn the business from the inside out how deals get structured, how partnerships scale, how a startup actually grows. You won't be one of fifty BDs running a script; you'll essentially own a city's partnerships from day one. Over time, this role evolves into Key Account Management - owning relationships with our biggest partners as we scale.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field every day - walking into play zones, sports arenas, and adventure parks, pitching them on listing with ActivityKidz, and helping them grow once they're onboard. If you enjoy meeting people, closing deals, and building something from scratch, this is for you.

What you'll do





- Visit kids' activity venues (play areas, sports centres, adventure parks, hobby classes) to pitch and onboard them onto ActivityKidz
- Build and maintain robust relationships with venue owners and managers as their dedicated point of contact
- Help onboarded partners grow their bookings and visibility on the platform
- Represent ActivityKidz as the face of the brand in your city
