Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain dialer systems such as Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk, or similar platforms .
- Manage and monitor VoIP servers, SIP trunks, and call routing systems for international calling operations.
- Provide day-to-day IT and dialer support to all users, resolving ongoing or recurring issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, CRM integration, and system performance issues related to dialers.
- Optimize dialer performance by managing leads, campaigns, and call flow configurations.
- Handle real-time monitoring, reporting, and analysis of dialer performance metrics.
- Ensure 24x7 availability for urgent support calls and technical escalations (on-call if required).
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting logs.
- Work closely with the operations and telematics teams to set up dialers for international ELD device connectivity .
- Stay updated with the latest developments in VoIP, dialer technology, and telecommunication security standards .

Qualifications & Skills :





- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT dialer systems (Vicidial / GoAutoDial / Asterisk / 3CX / FreePBX).
- Robust understanding of VoIP, SIP, PRI, IP telephony, and network protocols .
- Proven experience in dialer setup, maintenance, backup, and recovery .
- Experience with international calling processes and Telematics ELD Devices preferred.
- Proficiency in Linux server administration (CentOS / Ubuntu) .
- Basic knowledge of MySQL database and network firewall configurations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills .
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call technical support when required.
