.. Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor (General Service)
- Good knowledge of vehicle general service, maintenance & repair processes
- Ability to interact clearly with customers and understand their service needs
- Prepare job cards and explain service details, costs, and timelines to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Basic computer knowledge (DMS/CRM, MS Excel, billing software)
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Positive communication skills in English & local language
- Team player with problem-solving skills
Responsibility
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
- Create job cards for general service and routine maintenance
- Explain service procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers
- Coordinate with technicians/workshop team for smooth service execution
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Update customers about service status and any additional work required
