Responsible for handling complete shift operations of vanaspati plant Monitor hydrogenation process including temperature pressure vacuum and catalyst dosing Ensure smooth plant operation and achieve daily production targets Supervise manpower including operators helpers and technicians during shift Maintain product quality as per standards and specifications Handle process parameters and troubleshoot operational issues Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown and preventive maintenance Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts Maintain production reports logs and documentation Ensure safety standards hygiene and SOP compliance in plant
Key Responsibilities
Control and monitor reactors hydrogenation units and related equipment Maintain process efficiency and minimize losses Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and utilities Implement quality checks during production Train and guide shift team for better performance
Requirements : Diploma or BTech in Chemical Mechanical or Food Technology Minimum 3 plus years experience in vanaspati or edible oil industry Strong knowledge of hydrogenation refinery and process operations Valuable leadership and team handling skills Ability to work in rotational shifts
