We are looking for a skilled Technical Supervisor to ensure the operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of our electric bus fleet and charging infrastructure. This role involves hands-on diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities : Supervise maintenance and repair of electric buses Monitor battery performance (SoC, health) and manage charging systems Lead and guide technicians and electricians Diagnose faults in motors, controllers, and HV systems Ensure safety compliance and high-voltage handling standards Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement Maintain service records and prepare technical reports Coordinate with operations team and OEM/vendors
Requirements : ✔Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering ✔ Knowledge of EV systems, lithium-ion batteries, and charging infra ✔ Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills ✔ Experience with EV fleets or heavy vehicles
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
