Create and modify embroidery designs using Wilcom software.

- Robust knowledge of multi-head embroidery, sequence work, dori/coding work, and beads work.
- Convert artwork files into machine-ready embroidery formats.
- Set stitch density, underlay, sequencing, and pull compensation as per fabric requirement.
- Conduct sampling and obtain approval before bulk production.
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans.
- Allocate work machine-wise and shift-wise.
- Monitor daily production targets and maintain production reports.
- Supervise multi-head embroidery machines and overall floor operations.
- Ensure proper thread matching, needle condition, and tension settings.
- Minimize thread breakage and reduce machine downtime.
- Handle preventive maintenance and maintain machine logbooks.
- Coordinate with technicians in case of machine breakdown.
- Supervise operators and helpers; assign and monitor daily duties.
- Maintain embroidery quality standards and minimize rejection/rework.
- Control material wastage and improve machine efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of orders as per dispatch schedule.
