As a Service Advisor at Dr Tire, you are the face of the workshop. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending the right tyre and related services, and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and satisfying service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle and tyre-related concerns
- Recommend suitable tyres based on driving habits, budget, and vehicle type
- Explain value-added services like:
- Wheel alignment
- Wheel balancing
- Nitrogen inflation
- Puncture repair & tyre rotation
- Prepare job cards and provide clear cost estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Upsell premium tyres and add-on services confidently
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain records of service history and follow-ups
Key Skills Required
- Solid communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of tyres, cars, and service processes
- Sales mindset with focus on value, not just price
- Ability to handle walk-in and high-volume customers
- Problem-solving and customer-first attitude
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
