We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor who can handle customers, generate job cards, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth workflow in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling
- Welcome customers and understand vehicle issues
- Explain services, repairs, and costs in a clear manner
- Generate estimates and take customer approvals
- Maintain customer satisfaction and handle queries
Operational Tasks
- Create and manage job cards
- Assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress
- Ensure timely updates to customers during repair
- Perform final inspection before vehicle delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organized workflow in the bay area
Documentation
- Prepare repair orders, invoices, service history
- Manage warranty claims (if applicable)
- Update work status in system/records

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
