Key Responsibilities

- Deliver offline classroom and practical training sessions on Electric Vehicle systems
- Train students and technicians on: VCU (Vehicle Control Unit)

ECU architecture & diagnostics

CAN communication & protocols

MATLAB / Simulink (basic to intermediate)

Battery Management System (BMS)

EV Powertrain (motor, inverter, drivetrain)

- Develop, update, and improve training content, PPTs, manuals, and assessments
- Conduct evaluations, practical tests, and knowledge checks
- Support curriculum alignment with industry standards
- Maintain discipline, engagement, and learning quality during sessions

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid hands-on knowledge of EV electrical & electronic systems
- Practical understanding of CAN tools, diagnostics,



and data interpretation
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in straightforward, clear English
- Confident classroom presence and student-handling ability
- Strong documentation and content development skills

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. (Minimum) in Electrical Electronics & Communication Engineering

Experience Requirements

1-4 years of experience in EV training / technical instruction with strong hands-on exposure

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
