Key Responsibilities

Training & Skill Development

- Conduct in-salon and academy-based training for beauticians, therapists, and technicians
- Train teams on skin treatments, facials, body therapies, hygiene protocols, and service SOPs
- Upgrade staff skills on advanced services, recent launches, and trending treatments
- Create structured basic, advanced, and refresher training modules

Quality Control & Service Audits

- Monitor service quality through floor observations and technical audits
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, treatment protocols, and hygiene norms
- Identify skill gaps and execute corrective training plans

Sales & Consultation Support

- Support teams on consultation techniques and treatment recommendations
- Improve average bill value (ABV) through correct service mapping and upselling guidance
- Train teams on product knowledge and retail selling techniques

Team Development & Performance

- Mentor salon staff to improve confidence, consistency, and professionalism




- Support salon managers in staff evaluation and performance improvement plans
- Assist in new salon openings, staff onboarding, and certification programs

Reporting & Coordination

- Submit regular training reports, skill assessments, and progress updates
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Brand partners for training calendars
- Maintain training attendance, assessments, and certification records

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Certification in Beauty, Skin, or Cosmetology
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on salon experience, with at least 2 years in a training role
- Strong knowledge of skin analysis, facials, advanced treatments, and protocols
- Excellent communication, demonstration, and mentoring skills
- Ability to train adults with different learning speeds
- Willingness to travel between salon locations
- Professional attitude, leadership mindset, and problem-solving ability
