Job summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join Sunniva Factory for heat pump assembly and manufacturing operations. The role includes electrical wiring, panel assembly, component installation, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting safe, efficient production of heat pump units.

Key responsibilities

- Perform electrical assembly of heat pump units as per drawings, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
- Install and connect components such as compressors, fan motors, pumps, sensors, controllers, contactors, relays, switches, and control boards.
- Carry out internal wiring, cable routing, ferruling, crimping, termination, and electrical panel wiring.
- Test electrical continuity, voltage, insulation, phase sequence, and functional performance of assembled units.
- Troubleshoot wiring faults, control issues, loose connections, and electrical failures during assembly and final testing.
- Support pre-dispatch inspection and ensure all units meet quality and safety standards before packing.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Assist with rework, maintenance of tools and equipment, and improvement of assembly efficiency on the production line.
- Follow electrical safety practices, PPE requirements, and factory procedures including safe handling of tools and equipment.




- Maintain daily production and testing records and coordinate with supervisors, quality, and production teams.

Required skills

- Knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, switches, breakers, relays, contactors, and motors used in industrial equipment.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, and continuity tester.
- Basic understanding of heat pump or HVAC equipment is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in assembly and testing work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace and meet production targets.

Qualifications :

- 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, control panel wiring, HVAC equipment, or factory manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in heat pump, HVAC, appliance, or industrial equipment manufacturing will be an advantage.

Working conditions

- Factory-based role involving assembly line and testing area work.
- Tool handling, and coordination with production staff.
- Overtime may be required based on production schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
