Key Responsibilities

Operate Capsule Filling, Tablet Compression, and Blister Packing Machines as assigned.

Perform machine setup, startup, operation, changeover, and shutdown activities.

Monitor machine performance and production output.

Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain production records.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, hygiene, and safety requirements.

Perform routine cleaning and line clearance activities.

Identify and report machine breakdowns, deviations, and quality issues.

Carry out minor machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.

Minimize material wastage and optimize machine productivity.

Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Production teams.

Maintain accurate batch manufacturing and packaging records.

Qualification

ITI Fitter (preferred)

ITI Electrician / Mechanical Trade

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

1-5 years of experience in Capsule Filling, Tablet Compression,



Blister Packing, or similar pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing equipment.

Required Skills : Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.

Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills.

Understanding of production documentation and SOP compliance.

Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Salary

As per industry standards and experience.
