Position: Senior Cook (1)

Job Summary Key Responsibilities

- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks/tea as per instructions.
- Cook a variety of Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality in food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, cooking equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor food stock and inform management about inventory requirements.
- Properly store food items and ingredients to maintain freshness.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes when required.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to read and understand basic cooking instructions.

Immediate joining required.

Experience

- 5-8 years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant, hotel, café, canteen, or household.
- Experience in preparing Indian cuisine is mandatory.

Working Hours
- 8-10 hours per day (as per business requirements).

Salary
- ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
