Job Title : Vegan R&D; Chef - QSR (Plant-Based Fast Food Innovation)

Job Summary : We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Vegan R&D; Chef to design and develop a unique plant-based fast-food menu for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand. The role focuses on creating innovative vegan alternatives to popular fast-food items such as burgers, fried “chicken,” wraps, nuggets, sides, and sauces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop a complete vegan QSR menu including burgers, fried items, wraps, snacks, sides, and sauces.
- Create plant-based alternatives to traditional fast-food items.
- Standardize recipes for consistency, speed, and large-scale production.
- Work with management to develop signature menu items and product concepts.
- Test ingredients and develop vegan substitutes for meat, dairy, and eggs.
- Ensure menu items meet taste, texture, and presentation standards expected in global fast-food brands.
- Develop preparation processes optimized for QSR kitchen operations.
- Train kitchen staff on recipe execution and preparation methods.
- Assist in creating seasonal or limited-edition menu items.

Requirements :





- Experience in vegan or plant-based cuisine development.
- Strong knowledge of plant-based proteins, dairy alternatives, and vegan cooking techniques.
- Experience in fast-food, QSR, or high-volume kitchen environments is preferred.
- Ability to develop scalable and cost-effective recipes.
- Creativity in designing innovative vegan fast-food products.
- Culinary training or professional chef experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in food product development or culinary R&D.;
- Knowledge of global fast-food trends and menu development.
- Passion for sustainable and plant-based food innovation.

Goal of the Role : To help build a globally competitive plant-based fast-food menu that delivers taste, speed, and consistency comparable to leading QSR brands.

Salary : ₹ 1,50,000 plus per month / negotiable based on experience.
