Continental CDP (Chef de Partie)

Responsibilities :

- Handle complete responsibility of the Continental kitchen section :

- Prepare and present Continental dishes as per standard recipes and plating :

- Ensure taste, quality, portion control, and consistency :

- Supervise and guide Commis / Junior kitchen staff :

- Maintain food hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards :

- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO) :

- Coordinate with Head Chef for menu planning and innovations :

- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage

Requirements :

- Proven experience as Continental CDP or Senior Commis :

- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine (soups, sauces, grills, pastas, steaks, etc.)

- Understanding of kitchen operations and workflow :

- Ability to manage pressure during busy service hours :

- Valuable leadership and team coordination skills

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices :

- Culinary degree or hotel management background preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
