- Personnel Requirements
- 5+ years in offensive security or vulnerability research
- Deep expertise in web, network, or cloud exploitation
- CVE disclosures or conference talks (BlackHat, DEFCON, etc.)
- Strong scripting in Python, Go, or Rust
- OSCP / OSCE / OSEE preferred
