Role Description This is a full time, on-site Food Server role based in Nagpur. The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving dishes promptly and professionally. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring orders are prepared and delivered correctly, and responding to guest questions about menu items and specials. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff, handling basic billing and payment processes, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the restaurant.



The Food Server is expected to provide courteous, efficient service and help create a welcoming experience for all guests.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Communication to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including serving, order handling, and table management.
- Basic Cooking knowledge or interest in food preparation to understand menu items and assist with guest inquiries.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Strong attention to hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the dining and service areas.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods, carry trays or dishes safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
