Our in-house team manages the design and execution process, helping clients achieve functional, well-designed workplaces through coordinated planning, technical detailing, quality control and project delivery.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and execution-oriented Interior Designer with proven experience in corporate office interiors and commercial fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate client requirements into practical design concepts, develop detailed technical drawings, coordinate with consultants and the execution team, and ensure that the design is achievable within the approved budget and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop space plans, furniture layouts and commercial office interior concepts.
- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed working drawings, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations and sections.
- Develop material palettes, finishes, furniture specifications and design presentations.
- Prepare 3D views and coordinate with 3D visualisation resources when required.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, vendors, contractors and the in-house execution team.
- Review BOQs, material specifications and design details to support budget-conscious solutions.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions,



resolve design issues and monitor implementation.
- Ensure that drawings, materials and detailing are practical and suitable for site execution.
- Incorporate client feedback and manage design revisions within agreed timelines.
- Support project handover and resolve design-related issues during execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Interior Design or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- 3–10 years of professional experience, including hands-on commercial office interior projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of technical working drawings.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting and interior detailing.
- Practical knowledge of site execution, measurements and coordination with contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Strong design sensibility, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- A portfolio demonstrating commercial office interior projects is mandatory.
