- Assessment & Feedback : Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for internal and Cambridge external exams.
- Classroom Management : Maintain an inspiring, organized, and safe art studio, promoting high standards of work.
- Creative Growth : Foster critical thinking and artistic voice, encouraging experimentation and independence.
- Extracurricular Engagement : Organize exhibitions, workshops, and school-wide art events.
- Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with the department, communicate with parents, and maintain student records.
- Pastoral Care : Support student well-being and encourage positive, respectful behavior.
