Role To teach Art & Design as per the Cambridge curriculum and help students develop creativity, skills, and visual expression.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and teach Art & Design lessons according to the Cambridge syllabus
- Guide students in drawing, painting, craft, and design activities
- Encourage creativity, originality, and individual expression
- Assess student work and maintain academic records
- Organise displays, exhibitions, and art-related events
- Maintain art materials, studios, and safety standards
- Work closely with academic and pastoral teams
- Communicate with parents on student progress
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field Teaching experience in Cambridge/IGCSE preferred Solid practical skills and classroom management Creative, patient, and student-focused
