Job Title : EVS Teacher

Job Location : Alandi

Job Summary : The EVS Teacher is responsible for teaching Environmental Studies to primary/middle school students, helping them understand their surroundings, nature, sustainability, and social responsibility through engaging and age-appropriate methods.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and deliver EVS lessons as per the prescribed curriculum SSC/CBSE
- Create engaging lesson plans using activities, experiments, projects, and real-life examples
- Develop students’ awareness of environment, health, community, and conservation
- Encourage observation, inquiry, and critical thinking skills
- Use teaching aids such as charts, models, videos, and outdoor activities
- Assess students through worksheets, projects, tests, and class participation
- Maintain records of attendance, lesson plans, and assessments
- Support school activities such as field trips, exhibitions, and assemblies




- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Maintain a positive, protected, and inclusive classroom environment

Required Qualifications :

- B.Ed or D.El.Ed (preferred/mandatory as per school norms)
- Knowledge of child-centered and activity-based learning methods

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching
- Ability to connect concepts with real-life situations
- Patience and empathy toward young learners
- Basic computer skills for lesson planning and online tools
- Fluency in English is must.

Experience :

- Freshers or experienced teachers may apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
