Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Accounting to students as per the institute’s curriculum (School / College / Competitive exams - as applicable).
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
- Explain accounting concepts such as journal entries, ledger, trial balance, financial statements, taxation basics, etc.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Support students with doubt-solving sessions and exam preparation.
- Maintain academic discipline and encourage a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with syllabus changes and new teaching methodologies.
- Coordinate with academic staff and management when required.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification :
- B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter)
/ CMA (Inter) or equivalent.
- Experience :
- Skills Required :
- Strong command over Accounting concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for students.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, accounting software is a plus).
