Job Purpose
The TGT Hindi teacher is responsible for teaching Hindi to middle school students (Grades 8-10), fostering language proficiency, cultural appreciation, and a love for literature, while aligning with the IGCSE curriculum and the school’s educational philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Grades 8-10.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi.
- Create engaging learning experiences using age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Design, conduct, and evaluate formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain accurate academic records and document student progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom setting.
Educational Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Hindi
- B.Ed. (mandatory).
Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience as a TGT (preferred).
- Experience teaching IGCSE curriculum will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
