Key Responsibilities Training & Educator Development

Conduct onboarding and induction training for recent educators

Deliver ongoing professional development sessions on pedagogy, communication, and session effectiveness

Support educators in understanding learning materials, session structure, and safety guidelines

Observation & Coaching

Conduct regular field observations of learning sessions

Provide structured feedback and mentoring to improve teaching practices and child engagement

Identify skill gaps and develop improvement plans for educators

Curriculum Support

Ensure accurate implementation of curriculum and proper sequencing of activities

Share field insights with the academic team to support curriculum enhancement

Quality Assurance

Monitor adherence to hygiene, safety,



and professional conduct standards

Track educator performance, attendance, and parent feedback

Maintain consistent quality benchmarks across all learning sessions

Collaboration

Work closely with academic, operations, and quality teams

Contribute to training and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills B.Ed. / ECCEd / Montessori / PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Certification or experience in teacher training or coaching preferred

Strong communication, mentoring, and observation skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
