Job Summary : The Preschool Counselor supports the emotional and social development of children aged 3-5. They provide individual and group counseling, observe behavior, collaborate with teachers and parents, and implement strategies to promote mental well-being in a nurturing learning setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide counseling and emotional support to preschoolers.
- Observe and assess children’s behavior and development.
- Lead social-emotional learning activities.
- Partner with teachers and families to address developmental concerns.
- Coordinate referrals for specialized services when needed.
Qualifications :
- Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Relevant licensure or certification.
- Experience working with young children.
