We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Communicative English Trainer to help students improve their spoken English skills through interactive and activity-based learning methods. The trainer will focus on building students’ confidence, fluency, and real-life communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging spoken English sessions using games, role plays, and group activities

- Improve students’ fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary

- Encourage students to speak confidently in English inside and outside the classroom

- Plan and deliver activity-based lessons

- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Organize communication-focused events like debates, storytelling, and presentations

- Collaborate with teachers to support overall language development





- Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a graduate in any discipline :

- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English :

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for teaching and working with children

- Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

- Ability to conduct interactive and engaging sessions
- Creative approach to teaching through activities and games
- Good classroom management skills
- Basic knowledge of phonetics/pronunciation (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
