Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, implement, and monitor the primary curriculum
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate primary teachers
- Ensure effective lesson planning and classroom practices
- Track student progress and support learning needs
- Coordinate exams, assessments, and result analysis
- Prepare timetables, duty rosters, and activity schedules
- Promote holistic development and student well-being
- Maintain academic records and documentation
- Communicate with parents and address academic concerns
- Work closely with the Principal on academic planning

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed / D.El.Ed preferred)

Skills & Competencies :

- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Sound knowledge of primary curriculum and pedagogy
- Ability to mentor teachers and manage teams
- Child-centric approach and problem-solving skills
- Teaching experience in primary education (minimum 2 years)
- Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
