Key ResponsibilitiesA. Academic Planning & Monitoring

- Prepare and implement academic calendar as per GSEB norms.
- Ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Monitor lesson plans and daily teaching records.
- Supervise unit tests, semester exams, and board exam preparation.
- Guide teachers for proper paper setting and evaluation.

B. Staff Supervision

- Conduct regular staff meetings.
- Provide guidance on teaching methods and classroom management.
- Observe classes and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs for teachers.

C. Student Academic Monitoring

- Monitor student performance and results.
- Identify weak students and plan remedial classes.
- Handle academic-related discipline issues.
- Coordinate Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM).

D. Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain academic records and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with GSEB circulars and updates.
- Prepare reports for Principal and Management.
- Coordinate during inspections and board-related work.

3. Qualification & Experience

- B.Ed compulsory (M.Ed preferred).
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience.
- Leadership experience preferred.

4. Required Skills

- Solid communication in Gujarati.
- Leadership & team coordination.
- Knowledge of GSEB syllabus and exam pattern.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving ability.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
