Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

- Support the Principal in planning and implementing the academic vision of the school
- Ensure effective curriculum delivery as per CBSE guidelines
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom practices, assessments, and academic outcomes
- Guide and mentor teachers to enhance teaching quality and student performance

Administration & Operations

- Assist in day-to-day school administration and smooth functioning of the campus
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, policies, and documentation
- Support timetable planning, examinations, and academic audits
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive school culture

Staff & Student Management

- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff
- Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Address student and parent concerns professionally and empathetically
- Foster student well-being, leadership, and co-curricular growth

Communication & Collaboration

- Act as a key liaison between management, teachers, parents, and students
- Represent the school in academic meetings, inspections, and CBSE-related matters

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Ed.



(mandatory)
- Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience , with 3-5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal / Headmistress / Academic Coordinator)
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
