Looking for a full time Academic Coordinator, whose responsibilities include to
- Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across the preschool.
- Support curriculum planning and development whenever required, and ensure it is implemented effectively in classrooms.
- Observe classrooms regularly to monitor teaching practices, lesson delivery, and student engagement.
- Guide and mentor teachers to help them improve their teaching methods and classroom management.
- Maintain academic quality standards across all classes.
- Identify areas for improvement and work towards enhancing teaching and learning practices.
- Act as a link between the planned curriculum and its effective execution in the classroom.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Education :
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience :
- Teaching: 6 years (required)
