We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Vice Principal to join our leadership team. The Vice Principal will support the Principal in managing daily school operations, ensuring a positive learning environment, and fostering student success. This role involves supervising staff, implementing educational programs, and maintaining discipline while collaborating with teachers, students, and parents to promote the school’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities : Academic Leadership :

- Assist in developing and implementing curriculum standards and school policies.
- Monitor teacher performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
- Ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students.
- Oversee student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.
- Support the planning and execution of extracurricular activities and school events.




- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school culture.
- Encourage collaboration and team-building among faculty members.

Administrative Duties :

- Manage daily school operations in collaboration with the Principal.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
- Serve as a liaison between the school, parents, and the wider community.

Qualifications :

- Master’s degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a school setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
