Looking for a front office receptionist for our gym. We are looking for an energetic and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our fitness community. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, driving member engagement, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the facility. Key Responsibilities Member Relations: Greet members and guests warmly as they enter; manage check-ins and verify active memberships. Administrative Tasks: Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and update member profiles in the management software. Facility Oversight: Monitor the lobby area for cleanliness, manage towel service (if applicable), and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Support: Assist trainers and management with organizing special events or fitness challenges.
