Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend walk-in clients professionally

Handle incoming & outgoing calls (follow-ups, appointment booking)

Maintain patient records and appointment schedules

Explain basic clinic services/packages to clients

Manage billing, receipts, and daily entries

Follow up with old clients for re-visits and renewals

Requirements : Valuable communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)

Presentable and polite personality

Experience in clinic/sales calling preferred

Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹18,000/month
