Role Overview
The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience while efficiently managing front office operations and patient coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle patient inquiries in person and over the phone
- Manage patient check-in and registration processes
- Accurately update and maintain patient information in the system
- Coordinate and manage patient flow within the center
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain and organize patient records
- Assist patients with form filling and documentation across departments
- Guide patients for laboratory tests and medical consultations
- Ensure smooth communication between patients and internal departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a polite and skilled demeanor
- Prior experience in healthcare/front desk roles preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
