- Call incoming leads and inquiries
- Understand customer issues (leakage, inspection, repair, etc.)
- Explain services clearly and simply Book inspections/services
- Do follow-up calls
- Update lead status (CRM/Sheet)
- Coordinate with operations team
Required Skills :
- Clear and confident communication
- Polite and patient attitude
- Comfortable with follow-ups & daily calling targets
- Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge.
