Job Description : Adventic Suzuki, an authorized Suzuki Two Wheeler dealership in Trivandrum, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across service touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Follow up with sales leads, enquiries, and booking confirmations
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer updates
- Collect customer feedback and ensure proper resolution of complaints
- Maintain accurate customer data and records
- Remind customers about service schedules, offers, and promotions
- Support showroom activities and customer engagement initiatives




- Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management

Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
- Experience in customer service, call center, or automobile industry preferred
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply
- Fluency in Malayalam and basic English required
- Good interpersonal and telephone handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
