- Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate.
- Good English verbal and written skills required.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
- Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones/graveyard shifts).
