Customer Service / Tech CS Process

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales through consultative conversations and upselling /cross-selling where applicable. :

- Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.

- Meet performance targets (CSAT, Sales, Productivity, Quality, etc.).

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience (International BPO preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation

- 1+years Customer Service/Sales Exp.: 40,500 CTC + 1,500 PLI
- 2 years 42,500 CTC+ 1,500 PLI
- 3 years Exp.: ₹44,500 CTC + ₹1,500 PLI

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
