- Informing patrons about menu items, specials, events, and products or services
- Taking orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
- Liaising with kitchen staff (Chefs, cooks) for timely order delivery
- Operating coffee machines and other equipment
- Ensuring the food and other ingredients are fresh
- Collect correct order from kitchen staff and serve it to customer
- Clearing plates and cutlery from tables and handover it to Housekeeping staff and prepare tables for incoming customers
- Prompt and attentive service
- Effective complaint resoulation
- Responding to customer questions, feedback or complaints
- Assessing the condition of the facilities and equipment
- Operating the cash register, accurately handling cash or cashless transactions and providing payment receipts
- Maintaining a hygienic environment by cleaning surfaces and equipment regularly
- Tracking inventory levels to ensure the cafe has an adequate supply
- Opening or closing the establishment
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
