Location: Mulshi & Karjat

Position Summary

We are hiring a Associate - Food & Beverage Service to support daily restaurant and service operations while ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction at our Resorts in Karjat and Mulshi

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Assist in setting up restaurant, banquet, and service areas as per standards
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and utensils
- Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth service flow
- Guide and support junior staff and freshers when required
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service SOPs of the resort

Eligibility & Requirements

- Hospitality background preferred

- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a resort environment

- Must be willing to relocate to Mulshi & Karjat immediately :

- Comfortable working in a location situated away from the main city

Qualifications





- Minimum High School / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Positive communication skills in English (other regional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of F&B; service techniques and customer service.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
