Summary The Restaurant Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the hotel's restaurant by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide information about food and beverage offerings. Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards. Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas. Assist in setting up and closing restaurant operations. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.



Handle guest payments and process bills when required. Promote hotel facilities and special menu offerings to guests. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; Hotel Management qualification preferred. Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel F&B; department is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Skilled appearance and positive attitude.
