Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries in a skilled manner
- Maintain call records in the system
- Achieve daily call and quality targets
- Provide excellent customer support
Requirements :
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- 6 months' experience in BPO / Telecalling / Customer Service preferred
- Good communication in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred
Shift Details
Rotational shift and 6-day working.
Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance incentives
(PF benefits, growth opportunities).
