Requirements :
- Education :Any Graduate** (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline). Freshers with strong initiative are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills : Excellent English speaking and writing (mandatory). Fluency in Hindi and/or Telugu is strongly preferred.
- Experience : Prior background in Sales Executive roles, Telecalling , or Customer Service is a plus, but not required.
- Bonus Tech Skills : Familiarity with modern productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini , or digital CRM platforms is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead Follow-Ups :
Proactively follow up with leads to build long-term relationships and support overall customer service goals.
- Order & Quotation Coordination : Work closely with internal teams to prepare accurate sales quotations and process customer orders .
- Sales Reporting : Track and update daily sales data, reports, and customer records using Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
- Growth Contribution : Play an active role as a key Sales Executive in driving daily sales goals and business development.
