- Promote menu items, combos, and special offers to increase order value
- Convince customers through effective sales pitch and upselling techniques
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper records of orders, customer feedback, and daily sales
- Follow company SOPs and service standards at all times
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and delivery

Requirements & Skills :





- Prior experience in customer care or food ordering (restaurant or QSR preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management tools
- Fluent in Hindi & English (local language preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
