Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally :
- Resolve customer queries related to telecom, banking, healthcare, technical support, and other service sectors
- Deliver accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Adhere to company policies, processes,
and compliance requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC Pass or Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply :
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English :
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Willingness to work from the office
- All educational, identity, and employment documents must be available
